The Board of Directors of the Greening Group has approved the Code of Ethics and Conduct, with the aim of ensuring that the Group’s relations at all levels, both internal and external, are guided by the strictest ethical principles and values of the Greening Group. The Code of Ethics and Conduct sets out the commitments and guidelines of conduct to be followed by the Greening Group, by all the companies and persons that form part of it (among others, its employees, managers and/or directors) as well as those others that collaborate and/or have relations of any kind with the Group (including, but not limited to, its customers, suppliers, business partners, third parties and/or any other collaborators that provide services to the Group and/or with whom it has commercial and/or similar relations).
