The Greening Group has a series of internal regulations on corporate governance, which contain, among others, the rules of organisation and operation of the main governing and administrative bodies, as well as the rules of conduct applicable to its members, the management team and other persons forming part of or linked to the organisation, all with the aim of achieving the greatest transparency, efficiency and control in their functions and the achievement of the corporate interest.
